After an initial consultation, sketches and a preliminary estimate are developed. At the second meeting, the sketches and rough estimate are reviewed and adjusted. If this plan meets with your approval, a complete set of plans, specifications, and a final estimate, within your budget, are developed and presented for your approval. By utilizing this process, you have the security of knowing your costs up front. We make every effort to identify all costs before construction, so the only add on expenses are usually changes that you decide to make. |
